No Spike bounce for 'The Mountain'. Despite The WB bringing James Marsters in as a guest star for last night's episode, the show "hit impressive new lows with a 1.0/1, doing only a 0.8/1 in its second half-hour" according to Zap2it.
A Firefly anthology out next April. The collection of essays titled "Finding Serenity: Anti-Heroes, Lost Shepherds and Space Hookers in Joss Whedon's Firefly" has Jane Espenson as one of the editors and it features contributions from the likes of Jewel Staite. Looks like a great read. (This is the thread where Joss posts about the Serenity delay btw).

The Grudge will now definitely get a sequel. A writer is working on the script. What is unknown is whether Sarah Michelle Gellar with "Southland Tales" and "Revolver" coming up, will reprise her role as Karen in it, or if the director will return.
