The California Browncoats (http://www.californiabrowncoats.org/) are doing a run of 500 each of two different mug designs (by two of our favourite Browncoat graphic designers/artists) and selling them as a Comic-Con exclusive, the proceeds of which will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Felicia Day (Vi in Buffy) is making a short film. The one-time Potential Slayer spent the weekend shooting the short, which she wrote, co-produced and acted in. If everything goes to plan, she intends to make it into a web series.
Jeff Mariotte Interview. It's really about his new Supernatural tie-in novel, but he also discusses how he first began writing the Buffy and Angel books.
