Avengers: Age of Ultron makes $201.2 million at the international box office. "It was the number one movie in all the territories in which it opened, representing 55 percent of the entire international market, exceeding the first installment in the series by 44 percent in today's exchange rate, according to Disney's calculations."

(SPOILER) An on-stage chat with Joss Whedon and Elizabeth Olsen! A nearly half hour long interview (video) about Avengers: Age of Ultron. No major spoilers, so it's safe to watch unless you're planning on going in knowing nothing.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron: Extended Edition? A report claims that Amazon UK sent out an email saying an extended edition and an alternative ending will be included on Blu-ray and DVD. It should be noted that there is no mention of these details on the Amazon site itself.

According to Deadline, "prognosticators are suggesting a wide range on the international opening, from a conservative $160M on the low end to $200M-plus at the higher end". Though the German box-office performance looks to be lower than expected due to the boycott by smaller cinemas.
New book announced: The Comics of Joss Whedon: Critical Essays. This collection of new essays focuses on Whedon's comics work and its tie-ins with his film and television productions, emphasizing his auteurism in crossing over from panel to screen to panel. Essays focus on the comic inspirations and subversive tropes of the Whedonverse, as well as character changes and innovations.
