June 12 2006 article on Serenity charity screenings.

My very first first comment. Huzzah.

Glad to see this is getting even more press, Is anyone here planning on going to one?

This story, FWIW, is linked off the main page, beneath the scary River headshot from the international marketing, and the headline(s): "Serenity Screened for Whedon's Birthday, All for charity drive".

It also has my favorite opening to date: "The spaceship Serenity is blasting back onto the big screen for one last do-gooding mission."

Ryan-RB, not only are many of us going to one of the screenings, many of us on this board are the organizers of said screenings. In case you didn't know, the above theonetrueb!x is the orginator of the whole idea of Can't Stop the Serenity, although I'm not sure even he realized how far this would go ;-).

And congratulations on your first first comment!
Thanks to theonetrueb!x for being so much the strong backbone to the whole Can't Stop the Serenity effort and bringing us all more of our BDH's.
I will be going to the screening in Boston! Hooray for me!
