He loves syphilis more than you. Canadian-born actress Mercedes McNab is the latest star guest to join in the fun aboard the Queen Mary in James Marsters And Friends in September.

ETA: The Marsters site has now been updated with the news. Beware, Blondie Bear.

Relevant quote clip. Amusingly, a search on 'syphilis' at BDB comes up with 11 results :) (of course many of those are from 'Pangs')
Damn, this is shaping up to be such a good line-up.

I wonder if they are doing something like adding guests as they get more people buying tickets, so they will be sure they can afford them, or whether it is only the common situation of getting confirmations as work schedules become more clear.
You're so right about the line-up, newcj. I've never attended or seriously considered attending one of these things-- for some reason, the idea of meeting the 'real person' behind a beloved character, album, or novel has never appealed to me as much as the chance to enjoy more of their artistry in new works. Yet as the list of guests for "...& Friends" grows, (and includes such amazing writers) I think I'm starting to get the antsy "I wanna"s.

Still, I'd probably skip the dinners, and even the autograph lines, but you couldn't keep me from those panels with a rocket launcher. With that crew, I imagine the talks, Q&As, and screenings are really going to be real highlights.
Is it just me, or does that picture look nothing like MM?
It's pretty much because they've had too much fun with their photoshop skills and have made it so she has no chin. or face. only facial features like eyes, nose and lips.
You just composed two paragraphs of what I was going to say, barest_smidgen. :-)
The only thing I would add is that I hope they let Ms Espenson plan the menu because most of the lunches she includes on her blog sound so yummy.
