Unfortunately Serenity has declined on Amazon's position so far today. I'd also recommend copies go to the Whedonverse project.

I bought Serenity today. Just for me, all me. Only because I gave my other five copies away. I promised myself that this one won't be given away, or lent, or accidentally left in the doctors office. However, we all know, as soon as someone asks me about my t-shirt, or what is that music playing in the car, I will grin and hand them this new disc and they will promise to give it back. After they show their neighbour, and their Mom, and their best friends boyfriend. That is why I bought three today. One for me, one for the neighbour, and one for the best friends boyfriend. The Mom's always seem to get them back to me and say they bought the series and movie for themselves to watch again.

Just looked on Amazon's DVD sales charts: Serenity is #2 and Firefly is #3.

#2 & #3..... wow. amazing. May not last long so enjoy it while its there. And this doesnt count how the dvds were selling in local independent stores and other outlets. I would imagine a good portion of the dvd sales on that amazon, have supported various fan sites like FFF.net .
