I'm so looking forward to getting these.

These cover artworks look great, especially the first Spike and pupet Angel covers, both of which look simply superb!
They both look great (i'm tempted to get both covers for each book, something I almost never do).

I love that variant Spike: Asylum #2 cover. It's 'The Usual Suspects' poster right down to the vamp on the end holding his arm just as Kevin Spacey does with Spike in the 'good guy' Gabriel Byrne position. Brilliant ;).

(err, actually, thinking about it, I hope that isn't a spoiler ;)
I'm with you, Saje. I think, for the first time, I'll have to buy both covers of Spike: Asylum #2. Though, when I get to the comic bookstore will determine whether or not I am able to do so, since when I get there late there often is only one choice. Oh, and the ever restrictive budget also has a say in how much/little I can purchase right now.

One thing is bugging me, who is this Lenny that has his own story in the Halloween issue? Is it a typo and really should be Lindsey? Anyone know? Or will my bucket be taken away because I'm too dim to recognize who he is and don't deserve to play here on the Whedonesque beach with all you smart, witty folks?

Really looking forward to these books. Plus, Spike vs. Dracula #4 is out today. Spike. Italy. I'm there.
Some of those covers are giving me a lightly Tim Bradsheet-ish vibe. Not a bad thing/

Guessing that the guy on this page is our 'Lenny' (since Sean Murphy is the one writing "Pencils and Paperclips" starring Lenny), and he doesn't look to me like Lindsay. I'm thinkin Lenny's an original character.
Thank you, Paxomen.

Anyone else read Spike vs. Dracula #4 yet? Did you think that the statues on the Count's estate

I liked the "sun effulgent" pun. Nice callback to Fool for Love and Lies My Parents Told Me. I enjoyed the story but found the art distracting. I hope that the next book doesn't have two different artists (though I understand why this had to happen for this book). Maybe someone else other than Mike Ratera? His style isn't clicking for me.
Unless it's Lenny from War Zone....?

Doubt it though.
