Contest: Submit the winning Firefly/Serenity-related slogan for an upcoming Zoe T-shirt, and win shiny prizes. A company called Lilac Trading Station is making a limited-edition Zoe T-shirt and are in the market for a Big Damn Motto to go on it.

The Prizes: They are offering one of the final shirts, an actual piece of the Serenity film (which is interesting), as well as decals & other sundries. The contest has been posted for a few days already, and is limited to five days, so if you’re interested, you should probably do it soon. You can go back in another few days and vote for your entry. (Oh, and do be prepared for Ballad of Serenity-inspired music when you get there…)

Looks an awful like a piece of film from the moment at which it failed during the Atlanta charity screening, after which the projectionist cut up the spliced-out part and handed out the frames as souveniers. Seeing as how the site is registered in Georgia, that probably makes sense.

Well...dropped my suggestion. Used either the actual line or a variation of a line by Wash about Zoe: "Ever been with an Amazon warrior woman?"

Probably not that original...but I really think it fits the silkscreened headshot of Zoe/Gina;)

I submitted the "Have you ever been with a warrior woman?" quote as well. Love that one. I sent in a few, I don't know if multiple entries are allowed so, shrug. I came up with a variation on a River/Wash quote: "Also, I can kill you with my pinky." The take me hard quote would be hi-larious, though I don't know how big it would go over with some. :)

I was looking forward to winning the Most Obvious Entry prize with "I went all the way to the Battle of Serenity Valley and all I got was this lousy T-shirt." ;-).

But voting via the Atlanta Browncoats site still seems to be open.

Thank you for that advice, QuoterGal, I submitted an entry as well: "Is there any way I'm gonna get out of this with honor and dignity?" I have to admit that my favourite Zoe quote is actually, "You paid money for this, sir? On purpose?", but it wouldn't really make sense on a T-shirt with just her head.
