Better Days - Rafael Feldman writes song to support the American Cancer Society. Rafael "Serenity's Fanty" Feldman has co-written a song, sung by his girlfriend Consuelo Costin, to support the American Cancer Society in honor of Consuelo's mother, who is currently fighting ovarian cancer. See the extended description for Rafael/Consuelo's email to the community.

Rafael writes:

Hi everyone! This is an e-mail my girlfriend, Consuelo, has been circulating. Please read it, check out the link and forward it to as many people as possible. Cancer is a disease that has affected all of us in one way or another and together we can beat it!

As many of you know, my mother, Serena McCallum, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer just over two years ago.

Since then I have made it my goal to do everything in my power to help the American Cancer Society and the Ovarian Cancer Coalition in their battle to find a cure and beat this deadly disease.

I have just come back from my second trip to Washington D.C. in two weeks. My first trip was on behalf of the Ovarian Cancer Coalition and the second was for the American Cancer Society itself. Both trips were tremendously successful in the fight to raise awareness and funds. To date, I have raised over $11,000!

In addition to this, I have also released a single entitled "Better Days", the proceeds of which will be donated to the American Cancer Society. You may visit the site www.costinmusic.com and, for a donation, download the song or video.

Thank you for your generosity and continued support.

All my love,

Consuelo.

All best wishes to Ms. McCallum, and so glad to see what great efforts Rafael and Consuelo are making. Good luck with a good cause! :-)
