Comment on the afterlife of cancelled TV shows... I looked through the September archives and did not see this posted...

look towards the end of the blog and he talks about Firefly/Serenity. Check out the comments too, one Buffy fan explains what he has now that helps him to keep going...!

Just as Joss Whedon fans experienced with the release of Firefly as a complete series, DVD boxed set. Of course this was followed up by a highly successful cinematic release.

"Highly successful"? I wish! Maybe the author meant it did well in the UK (yay UK Browncoats)?

Still, an interesting article.
