Purdue Honors Class Studies Gothic Art of All Forms. Including televised Whedonesque art.

Posted this because it's neat to see Buffy the Vampire Slayer studied along with the "literary classics of the genre."

Pointy, one of our point men, as it were, in academia. I love the course title, "Gothic: The Art of Terror."

NEIL GAIMAN: "We are Goth icons. Joss and I. We don't have to be Goths, because we are Goth icons."
JOSS WHEDON: "I'm low on mascara. It's weird. I've made my bones with vampires, but I've never really associated anything I did with Goth that much, except that I've kind of made fun of them. I don't really see that as much at the conventions and stuff in the fan base. It might be somebody in Goth make-up coming up and saying, oh, this is for my mom." --"Interview: Neil Gaiman and Joss Whedon" with Lev Grossman, TIME, Sep. 25, 2005

Wow! That is so cool! Thank you, Pointy! Especially for making the distincition between Gothic and Goth. You're a sharp little stick.
