I love it when my two favourite fandoms come together.

OK NCIS isn't a patch on the Jossverse for quality, but it does have David McCallum, a man so dedicated to researching his role, he now doubles as a Forensic Consultant for the show. And can perform autopsies.

Plus, the rest of the cast? Very hot.

Another procedural type show that I've tried to get into without any success.

I think I've seen maybe fifteen to twenty random episodes of this series on FX and I still couldn't tell you anything interesting about the characters. Not a good sign.

I find it to be a pretty darn fun series, mostly for the chemistry between the cast members. Paulie Perrete is extremely entertaining, and the show makes no effort to be anything but what it is, a well done mystery.

Oh, and not only that, Woodward's Angel character met his deservedly nasty end on TNT's episode this morning!

Do you know how much I'd kill for a show starring Nathan Fillion and Jonathan Woodward? And maybe their annoying neighbor Tom Lenk?

Johnathan was semi heroic in the HBO movie 'Wit', ever since I saw that I've been thinking about him differently (he just always seemed a little the same when I thought of Knox, Tracey, and Holden). Thank you for the head's up wissxwe! I've gotten sick of Gilmore Girls and I'm not getting into Standoff (I love Gina but the lead characters are both so ditzy that I can't get into it at all), so I'll enjoy catching NCIS.

Oh Standoff fun, I flip channels and caught Gina, and also Wesley's old girl friend (what's her name, the one who was almost sacrificed on her Father's 50th birthday).

Knox - pledged himself to Illyria's evil before we saw him.
Tracey - criminal in the present, coward in the past.
