Amber Benson film racing into theatres in March 2007. The film 'Race you to the Bottom' staring Amber has been touring the festivals this the past year. Now it has been picked up for theatrical release.

Race You to the Bottom - A gay travel writer and his best female friend go away to the Napa Valley for a weekend of wine tasting and the start of an affair. With Amber Benson, Cole Williams, Jeremy Lelliott and Danielle Harris. Written and directed by Russell Brown. Here! Films / Regent Releasing, March.

I hope they put up a trailer soon. I am very intrigued. I hope this movie is nothing like "Sideways".
I saw this movie at Frameline in San Francisco and really liked it quite a bit. Amber was great. You hardly ever see a movie that is about bisexuality. It is only like Sideways in that two old friends are wine tasting. And, it is not like Sideways...because they are getting it on. (At least, I don't remember Paul Giamattie and Thomas Haden Church doin' it in that movie ; )~ )
Yay for Amber. I hope it finds its way to the Tower or Crest in Sacramento eventually. We're just getting "Pan's Labyrinth" here, and "Volver" isn't due until next week.
Awesome.

I was terribly upset when I missed the movie when it was here in San Francisco for Frameline because I had to work. More so because she made an appearance at the event (double drat!).

Now, at least, I'll get to see the movie.

*pleased*
