David Boreanaz in new Justice League animated DVD movie.
He'll providing the voice of Hal Jordan/Green Lantern in the adaptation of the critically acclaimed DC mini-series "Justice League: The New Frontier".
It's a terrific tale, highly recommended reading.

I believe it is because of what happened when Bruce Timm went to Comic Con and talked about this. I believe he said they were working on the Justice League Movie as well as a Superman movie (I might be wrong about the second one), both of which would go directly to dvd. Whats bad for me is that they are changing the voices of the characters, Phil Lamarr was always great as The Green Lantern, and I love Kevin Conroy as Batman. I hope they dont change too many voices but Ill still get this because the Timm/verse rocks.
ETA: Oh and I forgot to mention, my geek/nerd meter went off the charts when I read this:

I'm certain DB will not be the only Jossverse voice talent involved once all the roles are cast.

No Kevin Conroy as Batman?! That sucks. He's always been my favorite Batman in anything. Did he say WHY they're changing the character voices?

They didnt really say, but there are rumors that Kevin wont be playing Batman. Still, I do know that Lucy Lawless is going to be Wonder Woman, Neil Patrick Harris will be The Flash, and now David will be The Green Lantern. Though Bruce Timm, who is the producer and director of the film, said that as long as he is on the cartoons Kevin Conroy will be his Batman so I think there is a good chance that he will play it. Also, I think Carl Lumbly is going to reprise his role as Martian Manhunter, but here is the thing. The Superman Doomsday cartoon (From what I remember, Bruce Timm is making a superman movie about the death of Superman at the hands of Doomsday--Superman 74?) may or may not feature the voices of Tim Daly or Dana Delany, so who knows. Personally, I think Conroy has to be Batman, and thus, I agree. Batman would just be different without Conroy...
Whats interesting is that the movie Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman had all new voice actors except for Conroy, though that was produced by Curt Geda. LOL, and yes I am this big a geek, but dammit im proud...

I thought Michael Rosenbaum did a great job as The Flash too but it could be it's not Wally West in this one, in which case i'm fine with him being recast.
(and jerryst161, the live action Justice League could be cool but personally I think it'd be strange without the current live action Batman and Superman in it and i'm not sure Christian Bale would be into it - I can also see it not happening for absolutely donkey's years anyway considering the various DC projects in development and how this film could mess with them big style. And if they make one without Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman or The Flash, all of whom have rebooted franchises or new films in the works then it's kind of a joke from the start, right ?)
And yep, good for DB.
