"Kitchen Confidential" DVD to be Widescreen. According to TVShowsOnDVD, Fox have confirmed that their original press release was wrong.

Wonder if it was wrong, or if they received complaints? Shame they didn't see fit to release How I Met Your Mother as it was intended.

Either the press release was wrong, or the original decision was wrong - it's made right. Hopefully more folks will get to see this fine show, and the jilted fans of the four aired episodes will get to see the remaining S1 eps.
