Marc Blucas is on House. Right now. The link just goes to his IMDb page. I just saw him in the teaser.

Oh, great! House is a hot show. I hope it gives Marc a lot of exposure. I've missed seeing him on television.

Guess what he plays. A soldier. Tehe.
Hah - you beat me to the post. It actually took me a second to recognize him. This should be fun!
I was going to post this! You beat me.. I didn't even see it on his IMDB page yet.

Here's hoping he gets some good leads from the guest spot.
You beat me to this post!! :)
I really like House, but the way it is so formulaic is compleatly silly. Luckily House himself is an amazing character. Hurray
He's a soldier... will someone make a Captain America movie with him in the title role already?
Sounds like the armed forces haven't been good to our boy Riley--LOL!

I don't know if it is. But I didn't think I could leave that blank.

How about pointing it to the House page on FOX > http://www.fox.com/house/ or the futon critic site which mentions Marc by name > http://www.thefutoncritic.com/listings.aspx?id=20070319fox02
Good for him. We know he's got the soldier-thing down.

It's also doubly exciting to me - a friend of ours is on House tonight; she plays a character named "Gina."

Can't wait to see her and then hear her stories...
QuoterGal--"Gina" was really funny with the water bottle :>!!
Cool, Valsadie, we're gonna see it tonight when we get home. I'll tell her what you said...

She may be good with a water bottle, but I kicked her ass at "Trivial Pursuit" and "Apples and Oranges."

(She's really quite good - I've only seen her in a few things so far, but I think she's got talent and a certain unique thingamabob. It's always a great relief when you see your friends and they're good, 'cause ain't nothing more icky than fumbling for words afterwards if they suck. "Um, I really liked... the way you said that thing. You know, that thing you said? That was real... good.")
House is wondering if this solder was ever on TV to explain why he (House) has been dreaming about him: clearly House is a Buffy fan!
Did I misread his file, or was his name John Riley?
Please try to find more relevant links to posts instead of the IMDB. Also keep in mind that we try to mainly post links to web stuff here. 'Marc Blucas is on TV right now' doesn't mean a whole lot to a lot of our readers. In which country? Which channel? And which 'right now' exactly? You don't know when people are going to read this.
IMForeman: I couldn't agree more! I think he'd make a great Captain America, especially now that he's a little older.

As for House, my mom and I thought it was probably something The Initiative did that was causing all the problems. :)
According to the futon critic his name was > Marc Blucas as John Kelley.
I thought he did an excellent job. A lot of time flat on his back having to imagine frightening things were happening to his body without over-emoting. I'm thinking that was not easy to do at all.
Is the enormous hall monitor sick?
Heh, I was fever-y last night lying on the couch. I must've dozed off and my guy had House on. He says I woke up, said "That's Riley" twice, and went back out. Don't remember a thing.

Thanks Joss, you're even in my subconscious.

Yeah, I'm sorry. I just hadn't seen it mentioned on Whedonesque that he would be on House and I wanted to spread the word before anyone missed it.
Dagnabbit! I heart Marc! Off to watch it online...
The head's up was timely for me (on the West coast): I would have watched House anyway, but I put in my 'Whedonesque Actors in Other Projects' tape because I knew Marc would be on.
Oh, wow, the woman with is a pal QuoterGal ? I thought she was pretty good, had the whole slightly dippy quirkiness down (and she did a cool little thing with her mouth when 'thinking' about House's hypertension question, looked very ... thinky ;).

Not a bad episode in all, the lad Blucas was good and I do like the ones where the validity of House's world view is part of the puzzle. Did anyone else notice that ? Those guys are such teases ;).

(at first I actually thought it was really exactly the same in an ambiguous 'Normal Again' stylee but no, happily for me, not ;)
