Boreanaz's "Bones" Season 2 DVD gets a release date and an interestingly named featurette.
This DVD set will include commentary from David as well as the gag reels from both season 1 & 2. Also a featurette titled "The Angelator", can't wait to see what that one is about. The release date is set for Sept 11th this year.

The one problem I have with the show is that whenever they manipulate images on their computer, like zooming in on an image, it makes a buzzing sound that interferes with the audio. I've never seen that on a TV show before, and I watch several crime shows. None as good as Bones, IMO, though I like NCIS pretty well also.
This date for the DVD release is much earlier than season 1 came out, probably because the show is doing better. The second half of the season it consistently pulled in a little over 10 million viewers each week. I'm so looking forward to the DVD's, and even more, to Season 3.

Really? I've never noticed that.
ETA There was a similar audio issue mentioned with the Dresden Files - turns out it originated with the SciFi broadcast. The Canadian channel that aired the show had clear audio. I've never noticed an audio problem with the Canadian broadcast of Bones either.

Really? Funny, cause our local R4 release for the first season was a standard 6 disk box set.
