An interview with The Beast. Whedonopolis speaks to Vladimir Kulich about his career including his stint on Angel season four.

what an interesting guy....

having a look at his imdb filmography, this guy doesn't get as much work as he should... i love the 13th warrior... and he is the standout in that film... so charismatic.
Excellent interview with a fascinating personality. I've never seen 13th Warrior, so now it's on my to-watch list. He certainly does seem to be lucky, based on his life so far. That coincidence about the woman's daughter was pretty uncanny. I'll be keeping an eye out for more of his work from now on.

Wonder if the agent he and DB shared is the same one who discovered DB and suggested him for Angel on Buffy?
The Beast? So are we saying there is some sort of connection between Glory and this Kulich guy? Man, just when I thought I had this whole Ben thing figured out.
13th Warrior (from the book "Eaters Of The Dead", Michael Crichton's retelling of "Beowulf") is one of my favorite films, and Vladimir Kulich was perfectly cast as the hero of the saga. I guess it's the original horror story as well.
I loved him as the Beast as well. I didn't like how they punked him out. It just seemed too cheap and easy. He sure has a commanding presence.
Nice interview. I liked the 13th Warrior but guess I didn't make the connection between 'The Beast' and that movie (duh) Oh and Wiseblood ... I think the guy that discovered David is his manager not his agent.
Never seen "The 13th Warrior" but I can see why this guy was cast. He has a sort of almost blunt straightforwardness you'd imagine the Vikings to have, very refreshing.
