iF Magazine interviews Morena Baccarin about Heartland. She also talks about Firefly, Serenity, and Browncoats.

In fact, the person she mentions she met at the restaurant (towards the end of the article) is our very own Wash-o-saurus, Denise, who mentioned the encounter to me just the other day! :)

Very cool~ I really appreciate Morena's honesty. She is very upfront about working because she needs to pay the bills. She may enjoy the work and will say so but there is also no doubt that she has done some jobs that were not as much fun.
Anyone know what she might have done on Angel?
Morena was the original choice for Eve, IIRC.
And in case any of you were wondering, it was Adam’s Black Market Beagle design of the “Can’t Stop The Serenity” t-shirt I was wearing that Morena admired. All the money I’ve spent on Firefly/Serenity t-shirts has finally paid off!!!
Thus concludes this meeting of the mutual admiration society. ;)
I guessed that that was you, Denise. Of course you are the only Browncoat in LA that I know owns a restaurant so...

hee.

Oh, man. Really? She would have made such an awesome Eve. The actress who played her was good, but, she always seemed a bit young to be Eve.
Figured as much...Morena being the first choice for Eve. Certainly would have given her a bit more prep for Adria;)
