(SPOILER) Being dead really has worked out well for James Marsters. Teeny tiny itty bitty spoiler regarding the final episode.

"The Modesto native and Davis High graduate has spent the past six seasons playing the vampire Spike on the cult TV hit "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." As the series battles its way to its final episode Tuesday, the actor reflects on its ending and the new beginning that awaits."

omg, the JM fans are going to freak, his actual age has been 'outed'---again. :D
Piffle. His age is well-known by now.
it's well known yes but a lot of the kids rail against the truth of the matter :-D if anyone here hasn't yet seen his high school grad picture, click my username for a visual treat. he was just adorable...!

odd tho' i thought his leather coat was actually his own... i had read in a few places that he wore it to his audtion or that he'd owned it for the last 10 years...
tracy darling, those pics make me question my sense of good and evil. afro....frizzy....head....hurting now.

Did anyone read about his comments re: the coat from the Chicago Con? I haven't found an actual transcript, but one summary quoted him as saying the coat was quite nasty now from all the wear and tear and "blood and KY Jelly." Did he really say that, or was that exposition from the summary writer? Why in God's name would there be *real* KY Jelly on the coat?
If I remember correctly, they smeared the coat with KY to keep it soft and supple because it was cracking so bad from constant wear. I think he said SMG didn't like getting near him when he had it on just because it was so sticky.
wow.. that drama room is old! i thought it was fairly new when i went to school.. dang. thanks for the pics - i could never find the right yearbook to look in.
Tracy m'love---thanks so much! mwah!
I've never seen the 'fro pik before! Imagine, JM with baby fat!!!
As I keep telling the 'Spuffys' that I know, 40 isn't that old!!!---of course, trying telling that to 20-somethings with the Marsters-Jones on--- :D
Tycho - once again, the mind reels. Thanks for the info. I haven't seen the coat go up for auction yet; I figured the Angel producers might want to hang on to it.
