We set maybe a limit- 25 or 50 people get to send in a c-note and a question, and then they get posted with Joss' answers? I could do that kind of money, just not more, and I suspect at least some of us could as well.

Being the math geek I am:

If we say 1 hour per episode that gives 145 for Buffy, 110 for Angel, 14 for Firefly and we'll throw in .5 for The Office.

This adds up to 269.5 Hours. So $61,716.84/269.5 =$229.00/hr.

Except, strictly, you'd have to take out a varying amount for adverts (did commercial breaks get longer during Buffy's run ?) BUT add in a varying amount for promos (assuming Joss had a hand in creating those). You might also want to weight the promos appropriately as "less full of Jossy goodness". Then there're commentaries and other extras.

However you slice it, it's much too hard for Saturday morning and only one cup into the day though yours was a noble attempt MrsSmith to which I extend the ultimate approbation: "That is definitely not your underwear" ;-).
