Buffy the movie. With the show ending next week, is it time for a re-evaluation of the 1992 flick?

No.

And again, no.
I second that. Or third it. Or, to be more precise, eight-hundred-and-ninety it. No.
There's a movie? Huh.
There's a TV show??

(just kidding)
No. Hold on. What about that great scene when, when ... erm ... on second thoughts ...
That was my favourite movie when I was twelve!
I actually think the movie's better than the show.
I enjoyed the movie, but always thought that Kristy Swanson was more miscast than Donald Sutherland. The joke is that she's a little blonde Valley girl - Swanson is a big girl (NOT fat, I just mean she could probably kick my ass in real life) and she doesn't look anywhere near 16.

The character would have been better played at the time by Tori Spelling (can not believe I said that) or Molly Ringwald.
