Quotes needed! Whedonesque needs your help. The quotes section that appears on the top right of the page is going to get updated with dialogue from Astonishing X-Men, Runaways, Sugarshock, Those Left Behind and Buffy Season 8. So there's a handy thread over at our .org sister site for you to post your favourite lines from those comic books.

Great! I was actually wondering the other day whether some of the pictures up top were going to be updated. Minimal involvement of the comics stuff, it's a fairly unflattering pic of Jewel Staite up there, and the purple one looks twenty years younger!

Why would any sane person collect mass quantities of Purply Whedon-quotes and then be thrilled when she hears the call for them?

I just hope that not all the classic quotes from the three classic TV series plus Serenity the movie, are going to be replaced by comic book quotes. No matter how much rotten cyber fruit gets thrown at me, I have to express how IMO, that would be a giant step down the ladder of creativity.
Not to mention the photos. Some more flattering ones of some of the real actors in their roles would be great, as someone mentioned. But I sincerely hope the photos of the talented, creative actors who brought these roles to life aren't going to be replaced by comic book drawings.

The classic quotes aren't getting replaced, we're just adding new quotes that people love from Joss' comic books.
