Amy Adams to star in new Julia Child film with Meryl Streep.
Adams lands the lead in the new film based on a popular book about a secretary who endeavors to cook all 524 recipes from Child's "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" and blogs about her (mis)adventures.

I think Amy Adams is well on her way to superstardom. :) (I can't wait for Enchanted!)

Seriously tho, Amy Adams, Jason Behr, Persia White, 1 or 2 of the 12th graders from "The Pack," possibly (depending on how much you liked The Gravedancers I suppose) Megahn Perry, just interesting how Dr. Joss's magic touch on picking future names even extended to the one-shot guests, both major and bit.

(Which is actually why I read the book, my mom was reading it and once I glanced over at the page and saw the words 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' I became interested, lol. Hope they keep that in the movie!)

In any case, although it'll probably be an interesting film, I'd rather see a movie following Julia Child's fascinating life overall.
