MWCToys reviews the Malcolm Reynolds Stunt Pistol replica. Done with his usual attention to detail and lots of photographs.

As awesome as it looks and as someone that just recently went through a move I just can't justify spending money one something that will likely only sit in a closest somewhere and be one more thing I'll have to eventually pack up. Make me a working pistol for $600 or so and then we'd have something I'd actually use.
I would imagine, war_machine, that Quantum Mechanix will probably charge somewhere in that neighbourhood for when they finally release the "Hero" pistol. Only issue with the "Hero" version is that it will be supposedly non-firing, so I dunno if that means the trigger and hammer won't shift or that they will and there's no sense of a firing pin striking something.
