Amazon.com's best comic books of 2007. The Buffy Season 8 'The Long Way Home' tpb comes in at number 10 on this list.

Hey, I didn't realize that Peter David wrote the Dark Tower graphic novel. That sounds like a good combination.

And the Perry Bible Fellowship graphic novel? Hell yes! I have some new Christmas present ideas....

It's a very nice adaptation IMO, Jae Lee's art (over-painted by Richard Isanove and when you see it you'll know why he definitely deserves a mention) is lovely too. I've got the singles but i'm sorely tempted by the hardback collection, it so purty. Seems like there're more on the cards too, good news.

And yay Buffy ! Rather than last i'm gonna see it as being in the top ten percent of the hundred best comics of 2007 ;).

Peanuts got a better ranking than Buffy?

Oh well. I guess most people like the tame stuff. The most Peanuts ever did for me was a wry smile. Reading Buffy, the unbidden LOL thang came up several times!
A few above Buffy have only four stars, maybe they should use that to make a better cart next time?
It's the Editor's Picks feigenbaum7 so just his/her personal opinion rather than being based on what customers think.
Ah, yes, Peter David. Now I want to read that adaptation, but I haven't read the original books yet. Life is just full of hard choices ;).

I think this is pretty much the only place people would raise an eyebrow over this. I'm not a huge peanuts fan, but it is a real classic, it has been around for ages and it's a collection of 3 years worth of material. I think I'm at peace with it placing above Buffy.
And having read Dark Tower, and earlier work by Adrian Tomine and Brian Talbot, I would say Dark Tower should be below Buffy but everything else should be shuffled up one.

And no mention of Strangers in Paradise final book, 19 (and this is one comic that I think Buffy fans would love) or Sandman Absolute vol 2?

Ah well :)
Thanks Saje, once again I did that thing and just read things that start with the letter Buffy. ;)
