Well, it's quite ... pink. I like the design though, especially the Gallery, works nicely

(and the Jewel as - kind of - faerie photo is sweet)

My nose is bothering me now though, what List ? It must be important if it gets its own capital letter.

It's pretty and it's got yummy permalinks, proper titles and the code almost validates. Good job. It doesn't look like someone's official website, so I'm not sure if it's the best choice professionally, but still... what Simon said.

We'd better fix that nose twitch, then ; > - I'm referring to this recent season finale of South Park entitled "The List" which had lots of pink and unicorns and rainbows and stuff, and in which various items both sparkled and pleased the girlie inhabitants of South Park.

It's truly the first thing that came to mind when I saw Jewel's site. Not my preference at all, very jewel-y, sparkly and Kaylee-ish - but if it works for her, then chacun a son goût, as my people say.

Heh, I haven't liked websites since before they invented CSS - the death of readability on the web.

Used properly, css does nothing more than speed things up in every sense of the word. It doesn't kill readability or usablility, bad design does that. Flash is the real bane of usability and readability. The photos are a bit airbrushy for my tastes, but its nicely done and uses WordPress, two things which I support.

Okay, is there some trick to the gallery. For example, Serenity says 9 photos. I click on Serenity and nothing. I click on pic and nothing.

As for Jewel's site, I like it. It fits her personality.
