Do we have to choose Buffy over Shakespeare? Never! I am sure Willy himself would have avidly watched Buffy if he were alive today.

It's funny how the seeming majority marginalise Buffy the Vampire Slayer relevance. I endure my husband's scorn (teeny bopper soap opera) and my husband's friends fear (lesbian witches and demons, oh my!) Buffy has not only had an impact on our speech patterns, but the very way we look at our heroines. Buffy slayed her bad guys way before Alias came along. It's not just a matter of respecting taste but recognising relevance.
