That was lovely. Jewel is one of those people whose writing voice is as vibrant as their personality - and "I think we just looked like drunk octopi" made me laugh out loud.

It's like she's just having a chat, she seems really down to Earth and personable. And she likes a drink, good lass ;).

Also, it's still good news that she has a regular gig on 'Stargate: Atlantis' one of my biggest guilty pleasures. And the McKay thing was quite a surprise, very sweet (and a pretty decent episode all round). It'll be interesting to see how it works out since from a character perspective Ronan might pull her out of her shell but on the other hand, being the strong, experienced partner in the relationship (as she would be with McKay) seems like it might be new for Keller and that could also do her confidence a power of good.
