(SPOILER) First look at Serenity: Better Days #2. Comic Book Resources has a five page preview of the second issue. This'll be out on April 9th.

Wow, I haven't even read the first one. I can't imagine why I'd already be reading a preview of the se

Wow! That was lovely. I like the idea of this already. Plus, Wash. I don't think I can beat that. Wash and Washbabies. What a nice thought.
Hmm, it never occured to me that Bluetooth technology was so futuristic. Were phones ever on Firefly? Anticipating tomorrow, then the big Whedoness of April 9th.

Jobo, wasn't Brett Matthews' episode of Firefly the one where Zoe and Wash dicuss making a beautiful baby? And come to think of it, the bad guy in that episode used a phone, I think.

I have to admit I didn't the point of releasing a 2nd issue preview before the first one hadn't even come out. But they're lovely all the same.
Very nice. I'm looking forward to part 1 tomorrow.

Mal used something exactly like that in the final shootout "Heart of Gold." I have a screencap of it stashed on my hard drive, but can't upload it to flickr for you right now thanks to my *&^^%$^%$# corporate firewall which doesn't like all the naughty pictures there.
Yeah, I remember that in "Heart of Gold" among the other things.
Well, I've just read this now that #1 has been out for two days. Beautiful. Loving it. I have my qualms with the art, but when don't I when it comes to Jossverse comics?

As for phones/Bluetooths...didn't the Operative use something similar in the movie when he asks for the "nav sat trajectory"?
