Hmmm, could be they were an advertiser---you can always go into the Moonlight Rising forum and ask,

Hee. Nope, there was a Friends of NRA banquet the night before we got there apparently. My friend stole a little NRA sign for me that had been left up too. We were amused by it, but they did take the lettering down by a few hours later. It was rather ironic, considering that there were a few people wearing "Got Tara?" shirts with big bulletholes in them.
