Review of Olivia Williams in 'Miss Austen Regrets'. Quite good, apparently.

This film aired on PBS earlier. It was one of the better films in Masterpiece's Jane Austen series this season. Olivia Williams was very good as Jane.
I really enjoyed watcking "Miss Austen Regrets". I found it surprisingly moving, especially in terms of the relationship between Jane and Cassandra. And I liked Olivia Williams' witty, complex portrayal of Jane.
I just saw this. I have no idea how accurate it is to her life, so I didn't have to worry about nitpicking like with the novel adaptations. For what it was, I liked it very much. Olivia Williams was very good, and I think she'll do a solid job on Dollhouse.

The review mentions that if Austen were around today, she would be JK Rowling-rich. So true, and so sad that she got so little for her work at the time.
What is the 'verse connection? PArdon my ignorance but....
DaddyCatALSO, she's been cast in Dollhouse.

I've already said how much I loved this movie and how wonderful I think Olivia is, but it's worth repeating.
