Good interview. And yay him for coming up with the Johnny Cash fight scene. Looking forward to season two. It's going to be an interesting season on Fox.

I'd love to see that Entertainment Weekly cover! :) Except I'd want Josh sitting in a chair in the middle. J. J. Abrams would be on his hands and knees with Josh resting his feet on JJ's back. Standing behind Josh, with his hands resting on Josh's shoulders, would be Joss Whedon. Of course Joss would be glowing all angelic-like. And Ron Moore would be standing on the left and Shawn Ryan would standing on the right. And they'd be called The FOX Force Five... and then I'd realize I've put to much thought into this, get off the computer, search for a pop tart, and then eat the pop tart... :)

Xerox, good plan. But how about Joss being topless to get lots of extra publicity? Fox could come out and say he was forced to do it and EW could deny it and say it was very tastefully done.

Yep, fantastic scene, really glad it was a very deliberate choice (rather than for instance a last minute idea due to budget constraints) cos it had the touch of genius about it and that bodes well for the future.

Also like that they're gonna focus the stories a bit more. I'm usually happy to give plots a chance to deliver but i'm not fond of big plot points that are just left hanging (liked the school suicide thread for instance but apparently that's just being dropped now) and that's something i'd really rather they avoided, like really.
