UK Can't Stop the Serenity Charity Screenings still possible. Organizers signed up for Leicester and Warwick. Go UKers!

Not a big Firefly/Serenity fan, more with the Buff. But if it came to Birmingham I would go ^_^
I'm pretty sure people will be travelling from Birmingham area to Warwick - I don't think it's that far away. I'm looking on attending Warwick and it's about 1 1/2 hour away for me.

Even if you can't make it, your support to 'Equality Now!' via the screenings would still be a great gesture.

You can find out more details from the www.cantstopthesignal.co.uk forums (under shindigs/events) for this and other potential screenings
Here, I'm not up to organising a screening myself but if anyone needs help in Glasgow or Edinburgh drop me an e-mail... (BobReturns(at)googlemail(dot)com)
Great news! I'll see if I can support the Leicester showing. Never seen the BDM on the big screen.

ETA: Hmmm. And I might possibly be able to bring along a few new-ish diehard converts too.

I add my help to RobReturns' offer - I'd be happy to help an Edinburgh showing, and I can offer virtual help for a Glasgow shindig!

I had really wanted to organise one myself this year, but life (job, PhD, hubby's two surgeries and never-ending chemo) kinda keeps getting in the way. Screw you, life!
