Reminder: Firefly Marathon Today (June 6th) on Sci-Fi.
From 8am to 4pm today. A noteworthy Event for several reasons, actually. In all of 2007, there were two Firefly Marathons on Skiffy. So far this year we've had Three. The last Marathon covered from the Pilot through Jaynestown. This one picks up with Jaynestown and completes the entire Run. Very Shiny, very fun. If you agree and want to thank them, you can e-mail feedback@scifi.com and do just that. :)

You're totally right, the way to express ourselves when they do something right is by the absence of doing anything. They'll totally sense that lack of response and instinctively know they've done something right... Or they could think we don't care about Firefly and other shows that we like and cancel them, too. I say give them the positive and the negative feedback both and do it in a reasonable and mature manner. Its a controversial stance, I know ;)

fortunately had to work and missed the whole eight hours. However, the first thing I did when I got home was to e-mail Sci-Fi and thank them. Despite missing it, I certainly appreciate that Sci-Fi Aired the Marathon. They seem to be liking us a bit more these days, and we should return the positive attention with a little of our own. :)

zeitgeist, ah, the grown-up stuff -- always controversial but sometimes works.
