Watch the trailer for the direct-to-DVD animated Wonder Woman. Featuring the voice of Nathan Fillion as Steve Trevor (not actually in the trailer).

That looks really good.

I enjoyed the Superman: Doomsday movie, so hopefully I'll also dig this one.
Looks pretty epic, actually. DC and Marvel just keep spitting these out, don't they? It's nice how they do that. Why isn't Dark Horse doing any non-Hellboy animated movies? They should. Like...Fray. That'd be nice. Not that there's anything wrong with Hellboy...just saying.
I'm really disappointed that the art style is kind of different from Bruce Timm's style. :( I'm not saying its bad but I prefer Timm's style more.
Hey, speaking of Nathan, what happened with that "Hero" project? I've been waiting to see him plastered on skyscrapers, but no luck yet.
"SOME HEROES ARE MADE... THIS ONE WAS BORN"

I think I see what they're getting at, but technically that's exactly the opposite of her origin story.
This looks surprisingly good for a straight to DVD animated movie.
Superman: Doomsday was excellent, but I didn't love New Frontier or Gotham Knight.

Compared to Bruce Timm's dainty little Diana who was always made to look like a weak princess next to Hawkgirl, this looks like a big ole, ass-kicking Sigourney Weaver broad who will **** you up!

Me likey! Animated series, please!

Well, this is still a Team Timm production so the style is different to his previous character designs but it's still Timm, it's just different Timm (they made a conscious effort to separate these stylistically from his other DCAU stuff since they're intended to be stand-alones - must admit, I was sceptical at first but by and large I like the different approach).

Heh, I feel the opposite, much preferred 'New Frontier' and 'Gotham Knight' to 'Doomsday' (which, JM's great performance as Lex Luthor aside, just felt a bit flat to me, especially considering the events depicted - I thought AB was good as Supes too BTW it's just that there's a bit less there to play so it didn't stand out as much as Lex). Funny old world ;).
This looks amazing! Watched and loved Linda Carter as Wonder Woman when I was a wee lass when Princess Diana was an Amazonian and not a Kensingtonian, and the love hasn't diminished, just displaced slightly by another super awesome female stake wielding superhero. Defintely going to get the DVD, and as a bonus, the Fillion as Steve Trevor, can't get much better than that. Well actually it can, but hopes for that was pretty much squished on a certain fateful February day. *sighs*
