My grandmother (Canadian) made head cheese when I was a child - she used tongue and kidneys, though.

Thanks, kalia for the linkage (since I'm lazy). It looks pretty... textured. I'll have to admit that I was a bit iffy on it until I came to luncheon meat. Then it was "oh", and "I'd eat that". I'm not very picky, I guess.

But now I have images of a jelly head for some reason, wiggling with information.

We should go to this. I wanna go & watch these two. I need an excuse to get out of San Diego (& work). Halloween is my favorite day. Or, used to be. Just means I have to bring it back! >)

What am I supposed to make of this, James? Certainly, I assume I'm fired. And that you never meant to invest me with any real power. But what about our subsequent efforts? Is that all cancelled? I do need to know since I'm still asking people to do things for "us."

The event last night was a lot of fun. The crowd was great, and everyone seemed to have a good time singing along and interacting with show. We got an unexpected treat, with special appearances from Joss, Nathan Fillion (in costume as a character from "Ninja Rope" ? ), Maurissa Tancharoen, Zack and Jed Whedon, and Felica Day! Kudos to the organizers of this event. I hope that these sing-a-longs keep happening!
