(SPOILER) Some details about the third episode of Dollhouse. Nothing too major. Just info about a couple of new characters.

I thought they had already started filming episode 3. Am I wrong, or is this an older casting call that's only now coming to light?
It is probably an older casting call or it is really for ep 4. The third episode has already completed filming.
I love it how "please submit all ethnicities" seems to be Joss' casting call trademark. :)
"...and under constant threat from a determined federal agent on one end and an insane rogue Active on the other. "

...did I miss something or is this new news? I don't remember hearing anything about a rogue active before >_>
I don't remember that either, IcedFlame. I suspect *this* is the real news here. :)
I would take the "insane rogue Active" with a grain of salt at this point.
No, we heard about it before. It's Alpha or November or somesuch.
Yes, I read that as well, but doesn't it seem early to introduce such a character by the third episode? Granted, with Joss, there's no telling which direction he will move. I'm wondering if they're referring to Adelle DeWitt, the supervisor of the Dollhouse and will take any steps to protect it.
Yeah, yeah, we’ve already heard about Alpha...

Btw, I don’t think those are the synopsis for the actual episode (whether third or fourth), but rather for the series as a whole. ;-)
Yeah, we found out about Alpha a long time ago. She was even in one of the casting sides.
She? I don't remember there being any pronouns attached to Alpha yet.

And yes, that outline is the series outline, not an episode outline. It's basically the same one we've seen for months and months.
Well, it was a while ago, but I'm pretty certain Alpha is a woman. I could be wrong.

Okay, looking over the casting sides, I didn't see any gender-specific referencing. I didn't look over the original pilot script, but I think it's safe to say the whole female thing was my imagination.

Is it just me, or is this the best written synopsis of the show yet? I got excited all over again. Especially the idea of a rogue Active. I had heard of that long ago, but had forgotten.
