Kali Rocha's GA character "writes" a book. Dr. Sydney Heron, played by Kali, is the credited author of "Grey's Anatomy: Healing With Love".

I actually met Kali and knew her (in the most remote way possible) for a short period of time. She was at McCarter Theater in Princeton, New Jersey in the fall-winter of the year I did a marketing internship there, doing a play called "The Mai." Don't remember much about her except that we had some interaction (like perhaps a conversation or two) and that she seemed very friendly ...
