James Marsters talks Clone Wars. James talks about his role in today's episode of Star Wars: Clone Wars.

I didn't even know he was in it so cheers for the heads up.
I've heard people criticize him for doing so much SF when he's such a good actor, but I like his reasoning here.
I assume he meant he was briefly considered to play Anakin in Attack of the Clones, not The Phantom Menace - while he looks young for his age, I don't quite see him ever being considered to play a 9 year old in 1997.
But what would his age matter in an animated series? I assumed he meant he was considered for Hayden Christensen's part.

Aye. I also remember this (it would have been so cool).
Wow, he kept that quiet!

Very cool
Wow, to have a decent actor play Anakin in the prequel trilogy (at least the last two) would have made it SO much better.
If James was considered for Anakin Skywalker in 'The Phantom Menace' as he said, he would have been up against Jake Lloyd.
Who was 10.
No wonder James was "too old"! (LOL)

(A bit O/T, but any Sydney-siders NEED to get themselves to the Powerhouse Museum for the 'Star Wars' exhibition. It's incredible!)
