See Charisma Move Forward.. "See Jane Date" premieres later this month on the ABC Family Channel.

Also starring Holly Marie Combs of Charmed fame, "See Jane Date" is a romantic comedy about a woman and her taste in men, with a bunch of soap operatic other things going on too. Looks like "Sex and the City" Disney-fied. This appears to be a tv movie but may also be intended as a pilot for a regular series. If this happens, don't expect Cordelia to come outta that coma any time soon. Whether or not Combs would hang with Carpenter and leave her charmed sisters behind is a whole 'nother story.

Whether she left of her own accord, or they pushed her out, at least Carpenter's not wallowing in self-pity or giving up her career for family. You can call that a step back all you want, but it's still moving forward.
