Paley Center for Media's Perspectives on Media: Doctor Horrible. The Paley Center takes a look at Dr. Horrible and announces their Dr. Horrible Sing Along.

Quoted from the soon to be issued PR:

There are plenty of Dr. Horrible fans at the Paley Center for Media and we’re happy to announce a special, one-time-only Sing-Along screening of Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog on Friday, December 19, 7:30 pm at our New York location.

Join us to experience Dr. Horrible on a big screen, sing along and participate in some interactive antics.

Tickets are free for Paley Center members and $10 (regular Paley Center admission) for the General Public. Tickets can be reserved or purchased by going to http://www.paleycenter.org/event-dr-horrible-sing-along.

Paley Center members can reserve up to four tickets, starting Tuesday, Dec. 9 at noon and the general public can buy them after Friday, Dec. 12 at noon. Membership has plenty of great benefits, including unlimited free admission to our New York and L.A. locations, members-only events, and advance sales and discounts on tickets to all of our programs.

Does anyone have a problem using the links at the bottom of the blurb i.e. "Dr. Horrible" pages: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 ? The links only seem to work for me on the right hand side of the page.

Huh. Doesn't the fact that WHEDONesque is a private website make it copyrighted in a way or a proprietary term?

Oh I wish I was on the East Coast now (although I'm frequently glad I'm on the West coast!). And I'm thrilled that the Paley Center is promoting 'Doctor Horrible' in this way, it is all good.

That's an unsubstantiated rumor, unlike the fact (FACT, I tell you...) that people on the East Coast would've liked to see the Buffy Reunion panel. The Evil Genius behind this event just happens to be working out of the NYC office, so its probably just that.

Up front there's Fake Thomas Jefferson, Professor Normal, Fury Leika, Snake Bite, Dead Bowie, and Tie-Die. Other than Bad Horse and Dr. Horrible, that's it.

Ironically, for me it might be too close to Christmas, as events draw me away from the city. Maaaybe I'll make it (or maybe it'll sell out before I make up my mind).

They do have some lovely stills on those pages. Several are definitely new to me.

Erm. The masks in V for Vendetta were not blank masks. They were Guy Fawkes masks.

B!x is right (as always), the V for Vendetta mask was smiling and be-mustachioed, not all blank and colorless as the AMPTP.
