That's the second time I've seen Fran say he hasn't watched any of the episodes. I wonder if he's saving it for premiere night, or just doesn't care so much, prefers to focus on the actual working, hates to watch himself act, or any of a hundred other reasons not to watch.

Fran can watch what he wants, but if I were him, I'd be telling everyone I'd seen it and it's awesome! I've seen his car and frankly, he should be promoting with the best of 'em! |-)~

(note, I have actually seen his car, but I mean no disrespect, it's quite likely better than mine!)

Huh. I've been completely avoiding spoilers, but have been wondering what happened to Enver. So I skimmed the synopsis on the official site and he's a completely different character? Like they did with November? I was looking forward to the ensemble aspect and different actives...weird. Sorry, this is probably really old news.

Just watched the Access Hollywood interview with Eliza. In describing inspiration for the show she mentions how the internet means consumers have whatever they want at their fingertips.

I now have an image of going to the Dollhouse's website, picking a doll, putting together the personality I want and submitting an order! 30 minutes or less or it's free?

Or is he? Hmm...

I mean with all the mind-wiping, memory replacements, personality implants and actives that can become anyone you want, things in this show can be very different than what they first appear to be. And just because someone starts as one character doesn’t mean that he can’t be or become another… ; -)

Enver was credited as Lubov at the last So Fox photoshoot too. What are they aiming for? A Big Reveal in episode 7 that Lubov is in fact an Active called Victor? So that anyone who has seen the first trailer is pretty much spoiled?

But there aren’t that many people who saw the first trailer. Besides advertisers and foreign TV broadcasters (who probably won’t watch the show anyway), Whedon fans (many of whom are spoiled voluntarily) and some casual viewers on the internet, who else saw the trailer? I imagine that for all the other people that will hopefully tune in and don’t know that much about the show, it can indeed be a pretty big and shocking reveal.

People who read the original pilot are probably finding this possibility not only likely, but familiar.

Your average viewer (read: intelligent but not actively following Dollhouse news bit by bit) is unlikely remember that kind of detail from a trailer.

I really hope that Enver's name in Dollhouse won't be Lubov. It is a girl's name in Russia (it is translated as "love"), I wonder why they didn't look that up when choosing a name for their male character (unless he's not into girls ;).

The original pilot script is driving me crazy. I've got it, as well as the audition bits for Adelle and a few others, but I'm worried there will be stuff in there that Joss ends up using later on.
