A Special Buffy Issue. A collection of papers from "The Buffyverse" Symposium held in Melbourne last year. Numerous topics ranging from Spike fans to similarities between Dr Van Helsing and Giles.

Food for thought anyhow and the essay on 'OMWF' is extremely interesting.

I found the description of fanfic as it applies to Whedon's works to be a great read as well. I don't believe I've seen Jonathan as Mary Sue before but it's a perfect fit.

If you haven't read Fighting the Forces yet (in which "Buffy's Mary Sue is Jonathan" appears) you haven't seen a lot of good BtVS essays! Highly recommended.
