About Franco, though, he's awesome. I met him briefly at Comic Con and got to shake that incredibly skilled hand. When I sat down for the IDW panel, I heard a man with an Italian accent talking to Brian's wife behind me. First thought, "That must be Franco." So I said, "Are you Franco Urru?" He said "Yes." I said (gasp) "You're amazing." Wish I would've gotten a picture, to add to my me-and-awesome-people collection, but the panel was a-startin'.

John Darc, it will be a 2 issue mini-series. It hasn't been decided if it will take place in Hell A or not, though it sounds like it will be during the same timeframe. Brian and Juliet Landau are still writing the script. There's an interview with Brian Lynch at New York Comic Con where he discusses the new Dru mini-series at http://buffyfest.blogspot.com/2009/02/nycc-day-2-recap-and-video-interview.html.

I really hope this arc brings some sort of resolution to Dru's character. She's still the last of the fanged foursome to experience a soul/redemption/some sort of meaningful resolution. If not, I hope it at least props her up as a prominent baddy/big player in the Buffyverse. I just want more Druuuuu. *_*
