I'm curious, is there another blog like Whedonesque where the main link goes offsite instead of a permalink to itself, and all the content is driven by the comments?

Simon, fair point. For some reason, Whedonesque doesn't strike me the same way that other sites do. Maybe it's the layout, but I find it much easier to navigate since I depend on a lot of "drive-by" reads.
