(SPOILER) EW's Michael Ausiello tells us when Alpha will be unmasked. Lots of spoilers for other shows there as well.

Um, it would have to be either this week or next, right? Not much news there. :-)
True. Still, for some people its better not to know, i guess. I mean, i dont know how this is going to be handled, of course, but there are surprises wich presence is even more surprising that the thing they reveal. Sometime the biggest surprise comes the moment you dont expect one.
Commence spoiling my Facebook friends who love the actor and who aren't watching Dollhouse anyway.
Alpha casting spoilers in the black:

Jobo, the press release is pretty clear on the point you're raising. Don't be bummed. I mean yeah, I'm a bit sad too I'll see the one "oh noes he's Alpha!" twist coming but I'm pretty sure there's going to be plenty of suspense and twisty goodness in store for us other than that.

ETA: Just to be absolutely clear, the thing you're super worried about ain't happenin'. Says the episode press release and EW.

Wait, where does it say that that ain't happening?
Press release at SpoilerTV. It's in the title and the body: . So if you know who Alpha is, you should be in the same amount of suspense as everyone else at the end of "Briar Rose."
Couldn't the press release also be interpreted as: Don't know.
I guess it's a possibility. I don't think that's what it means. And I seriously doubt this kind of episode would rely on that one reveal. I think these writers are far more devious than that expectation gives them credit for. I think they are going to mess with us. Badly.

We'll know soon enough, anyway. Or, well, not soon enough, but soon.
