(SPOILER) New trailer for SMG's "Veronika Decides To Die". It's on the official movie website.

That looks great, cann't wait! It's the best trailer out off the 5 or so they've had so far.
"Theres so much about myself that I dont know"

familiar....yes
She is beautiful. This is the best trailer yet. I just know that I'm gonna cry so much when I watch this movie.
This looks excellent!
Did anyone else get major Normal Again flashbacks? Anyway, this looks like it could be good
I can't wait for this. When is it out?
The trailer looks pretty good, apart from the cheesy stuff about appreciating life (this is coming from someone married to a man with very advanced cancer, so that kind of thing sometimes really annoys me - most of the time, we're both too busy balancing treatment stuff with regular life stuff to feel very appreciative about it!).

I'm really hoping that this and the Maladys will help boost Sarah's career in terms of critical reception. They both sound like creatively strong projects that will highlight her considerable skills, and I hope they both reach a wide audience.
This trailer looks less depressing than the others. And I still can't wait to see this movie. According to Imdb, the release date is in November.
It also seems that it was shown yesterday at the Cannes festival !
Thanks for the link. I need to pick up this novel soon. I'm down with anything written by Coelho.

And SMG will be great in this role, no doubt. The film looks excellent. Plus for Melissa Leo, as well.

I agree with you Ildeth, in hoping both projects boost SMG's critical reception and potential audience. She's earned it.
Cant wait to watch this, looks like a well suited role unlike some of her other choices.
I can't wait for this movie to be out. It looks well written from the look of the trailer and SMG looks like a good suit for the role. Hopefully the movie will be just a good as the trailer.
This trailer looks less depressing than the others

Thinking that in our current mega-recession - when folks are flocking to see the likes of Paul Blart: Mall Cop, a movie titled "Veronika Decides To Die" might need some marketing magic.

Yes, yes, yes. That's my hope, too. She totally deserves it.
Maybe renaming it 'Veronika decides to go to the zoo' could help
I can't wait to see this. Looks really good.
@Nico Angel, apparently it won't be shown til the Toronto Film fest, it wasn't on the Cannes Program that I saw...
Sarah is breathtaking in this role l can appreciate this kind of movie because it allows her 2 do what she does best act in a moving dramatic role
This should hopefully prove that SMG can act her little behind off. Can't wait to see it.
Gosh, I've been waiting for this movie for forever! Can't wait 'til it comes out. We may get to see an SMG movie in the theaters again, WOOT!!!
More cheerful and more polished trailer. I like it. Looking forward this & Maladys; both seem like stronger project choices for SMG than much of her post-Buffy stuff. Yay!
This trailer news is 2 days old .

Tortonto has never been confirmed .

It was an invitation only screening in Cannes yesterday and apparently according to Paulo Cohello "I just met the producer of Veronika decides to die who informed me that the world premiere will take place in Korea "
Does this movie have a distributor? Is it really likely to be released in the US? I wonder.
definitely had flashbacks on the "There's so much about myself that I don't know."

But must read the book before seeing the movie... excited and possibly moving the book up to the top of my list.
Good marketing.

Koreans dig drama big time. Generally speaking, of course. Should generate rave reviews there. Some popular Korean drama is tear-jerking, heart-tearing stuff.
Im kind of hoping it WILL be as depressing as it sounds. Or maybe bitter-sweet, with SMG still dying at the end rather than a 'your fixed - its a miracle!' ending.
Has it got a definite Australian release date? Brazil & US make sense but haven't seen anything definite for here (though am betting if it does get one - will be the 'limited national' release deal so anyone out of Syd or Melb will have to go a'huntin' for it).

Love all his book & curious to see how the film adaptation goes.
