Mark Sheppard on Warehouse 13, The Conduit and Dollhouse. "Joss is special. I don't always know what he's doing. I don't always understand what he's doing. I don't know that he always understands what he's doing [laughs]. But he's still brilliant."

What I like best about that is how it underscores how so many actors don't really sweat the whys and wherefores when Joss asks them to play a part for him. They just hop on and wait to see what happens.
Yeah - I always remember James talking about Spike season 6, Joss hadn't told him that he was about to get his soul back, the way he plays it, his viciousness implied that he was going to get the chip out. Very clever.
Really looking forward to Warehouse 13, hopefully Mark will be back regularly. :)
Mark is one of my favorite quests actor. He was fantastic in every thing I've seen him in, and it's been alot. Medium, Battlestar, Firefly, 24, Leverage, Dollhouse, and X-Files. I'm sure he'll deliver the best performance Warehouse13 will see.
Ha! That quote of Mark's should be on a T-shirt. It totally sums up Joss, whether you watch him or work for him.

That, or "Oh, no he didn't!" "Yep." "Wow." "I know."
There is no such thing as too much Mark Sheppard. I have high hopes for this show.

With all the awesome layers at the end of BSG, it's easy to forget how his character ended up. But it was a moment that made me smile through my tears. ;)
