Review: Tom Lenk's Last Minute Show. Buffyfest's enthusiastic review about Tom's show at Don't Tell Mama's, containing some brief video (mostly audio) clip.

Is Tom in the episode "Real me" as a vampire minion of Harmony's?

Yes, Tom Lenk played the vampire Cyrus.
Cool I was just talking about how I wonder if Joss ever filled a backround character then found someone to use as another different character in the same world. Anyways I love Tom he is very fun.
Cecily/Halfrek also fits the bill.
There's some indication that Cecily and Halfrek were meant to be the same person ...

For another instance of an actor returning in a different role, Jeff Ricketts played one of the Watchers who chased Faith from "Buffy" onto "Angel" and then played the "We loved her first" sewer monster on "Angel." And of course, if we cross-pollinate "Buffy" and "Angel," there's Andy Umberger as D'Hoffryn on "Buffy" and the detachable doctor on "Angel," Jonathan Woodward as Holden on "Buffy" and Knox on "Angel," Bonita Friedericy as Cordelia's dress shop boss on "Buffy" and Jasmine's assistant on "Angel" and Andy Hallett as a college student (no lines) in "Hush" on "Buffy" before he was on "Angel."
Wow, the clips of the forum posts were hilarious. They reminded me of the "Family Guy" ST:TNG episode in which all the fan questions had nothing to do with Star Trek at all (instead of "why are my sponges moldy?" he got "how do I get rid of stretch marks?"). Brilliant.
I saw one of Mr. Lenk's shows in Los Angeles. Really smart stuff.
Shapenew mentioned:

Hey, there's one I didn't know about. Cool. Given that Cordelia moved to LA for work, I guess there's nothing to get in the way of assuming that character did the same thing. Cordelia's dress shop boss also ended up being Jasmine's assistant ?

and Andy Hallett as a college student (no lines) in "Hush" on "Buffy" before he was on "Angel."

I'd forgotten about that one. I remember when someone posted a screenshot. Cool cameo.
In the non-canon comic Spike: Old Times there is a explanation about cecily being Halfrek in a mission.
Kris, and to bring it even more full circle, Bonita Friedericy now plays General Beckman on "Chuck" -- she's the boss of the Adam Baldwin character :)
